The Eve of "Bastille Day" and vines sitting in the warm summer sunshine preparing the crop that will be bottled next year and probably drunk no earlier than 2010. Depending upon the quality it could be 2020 before the fruits of these vines hits the restaurants and wine-merchants to help in the major festivities of The "Quatorze"
