Bar lʼExpresso, in the covered central market, offers six fresh oysters, from the nearby "Étang", (enclosed, salt-water, coastal (normally) lake) and a glass of "Picpoul de Pinet" (a local dry white wine from the village of Pinet, Picpoul being the variety of the grapes, and "Pinet" just alongside the "Etang de Thau" where the oysters are produced), for just a few Euros!
