OYSTERS & WINE
Bar l’Expresso, in the covered central market, offers six fresh oysters, from the nearby étang, and a glass of “Picpoul de Pinet” (a local dry white wine from the village of Pinet, Picpoul being the variety of the grapes), for just a few Euros!
For the more adventurous there are :
- a dozen oysters
- six “moules”
- a large glass of Picpoul
N.B. This is one of my favourite outings on a Sunday morning! A short walk from my office, six oysters and a glass of wine, sets me up for the day!
