TGV for stranded Air Travellers ?

This TGV train looks as if it shouldn't be on the water. The line from the Spanish border crosses the Etangs (lagoons) between Perpignan and Béziers. This one is perhaps taking stranded Brits in Spain on the first leg of the journey back home!
