This is the week that the annual "Fête de Saint-Aphrodise" takes place in Béziers. Saint-Aphrodise is the Patron Saint, who arrived from Egypt riding on a Camel - but had his Head "chopped off" in the Place St Cyr - this is a carving in the Béziers Museum
