Corbières Village Life

Village life: During the summer months each village organises a fête and various other events and for the locals who are actively involved organising the events it is a busy time - At the end of the competition there is of course a meal. The "souche" or vine roots are used to cook the the sausages and meat and with lots of wine everyone has a good time
