Mardi Gras - Béziers - 2017
Literally translated into the English language is "Fat Tuesday" - but more widely known as "Shrove Tuesday"
Pancake Day - interestingly, in France they are not eaten for Mardi Gras - but on "La Chandeleur" - "Candlemas Day" at the beginning of February.
For the past 33 years Béziers has held a Canival for the children.
