Béziers Christmas
After walking round "Les Halles" (the Market Hall) viewing what was on offer, I decided to have lunch in my favourite bar/cafe there. "Le Gargote"
The loose translation of gargote is a low class establishement !
Today my lunch was a very simple one - Fried Eggs with Truffles - simple but but not low class !! - and with excelent wine to accompany it.
