Spring has Sprung
The Committee of my Quartier in Béziers - St Jacques - recently held aSpring event - come along and create a "Spring Recipe" - so we all had a go !!!
Nelly created these little "Pain Purdu" with poached Quails Eggs on a bed of local Asparagus.
