Spring has Sprung
The Committee of my Quartier in Béziers - St Jacques - recently held aSpring event - come along and create a "Spring Recipe" - so we all had a go !!!
A "Four Seasons" Salad, each quarter has a different dressing, together with some "Rouleau de Printemps" one with a "Mediteranean Tuna Pâte, the second has a Chicken, Lime & Ginger filling and the last with Curried Egg
