The annual Liberation Day Celebrations in the Faubourg of Béziers - every year on the anniversary of the Liberation of Béziers, the Faubourg "Quartier" has a banquet by the side of the River Orb, followed by a "Son et Lumière"....... the floodlights of St Nazaire Cathedral come on - to set the scene.......
